This policy explains how Virvy handles information when you use our AI image and video tools, create an account, or purchase credits.

1. Information we receive

Depending on how you use Virvy, we may receive account and authentication information; prompts, uploaded files, generation settings, and generated results needed to provide the tools; credit, order, and payment status records; device, log, and usage information; and cookie or local-storage information used for authentication, preferences, and consent choices.

Virvy does not need your full card number to fulfill a purchase. For eligible purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe handles checkout and payment information under its Privacy Policy. Stripe acts as merchant of record for Managed Payments transactions.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process generations, maintain credit and order records, fulfill successful purchases, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and usability. We do not sell your personal information or submitted creative assets.

3. Service providers

We may send prompts, files, and settings to providers needed to run the requested image or video operation. We may share payment and order information with Stripe to process a transaction, issue receipts, handle applicable indirect taxes in supported jurisdictions, and provide transaction support for eligible Managed Payments purchases.

4. Storage and access

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Access is limited according to the operational need to provide and secure Virvy.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information. You can manage available account information in your settings or open a ticket at /settings/tickets. We may need to verify your request.

6. Cookies and similar storage

Virvy uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, and consent. Where optional analytics or embedded services are offered, available website cookie controls may let you manage them.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our service or obligations change. The updated date above identifies the current version. For privacy requests, use the support channels available in your signed-in account or email hello@virvy.app. For payment details or receipts for an eligible Managed Payments purchase, use the support channel shown in your Stripe receipt or Link account.
